Check Clock Status SBTS

1. Synchronization Status
  • Monitoring and Tests Go To Synchronization Status

Synchronization source

  • If Availability "Unavailable" it means SBTS cannot receives CLK source from transmission part please check CLK source on transmission.
  • If Availability "Available" it means SBTS receives CLK source from transmission but CLK still alarm please check: Synchronous Ethernet if receive PRC or SSUA then go to check Synchronization mode and Tuning mode. 

 2. Manual Synchronization Control

Synchronization mode and Tuning mode 

  • If Tuning mode: normal tuning it means BTS CLK is Ok
  • If Tuning mode: hover  and then try to tune BTS clock manual

  • Monitoring and Tests Go To Manual Synchronization Control Go To Manual Go To New clock control value: 4080 Go To Tune


Result: Current clock control value > 1700 it means BTS clock receives OK
  • Monitoring and Tests Go To Manual Synchronization Control Go To Fast Go To Tune




After Fast Tune wait 15 mins and see result
